Young’s Dinner with the Chef Series starts October 9th with Young’s Executive Chef, Kevin Amelio. Each installment of this monthly series will showcase one of FireBrick’s talented Chefs! Guests will get to enjoy a three course meal while the Chef demonstrates how to prepare it.

For this first dinner, Chef Amelio will demonstrate how to prepare a delicious Italian meal, including:

• Grissini (Italian Breadsticks)
• Cavatelli (Italian Pasta that is made with Ricotta cheese). Served with house red sauce and meatballs.
• Zabaglione (Italian Custard made with Marsala)

Check-in starts at 5:30pm. Dinner and demonstration will start at 6pm in Young’s Banquet Room. Tickets now available for purchase in person or by phone at 906-265-3401. Payment required at time of booking.
